This gorgeous salad is fresh, light and full of flavour. This simple dressing I’ve created puts this salad over-the-top. Plus it’s pretty too :-) Feel free to substitute and switch up any ingredients with your favourites. It’s the kinda thing you can vary a little and have a different meal every day of the week!
Here is the recipe for this gorgeous and tasty salad dressing…
Juice of 1grapefruit
2 c. blueberries
2 Tbsp. Agave Syrup or Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 c. Hemp Hearts
2 Tbsp. Hemp Oil
Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
1) Add all ingredients to your high speed blender or food processor
2) Blend until smooth
3) Drizzle over your salad and refrigerate the left overs in a glass jar for a week
Now you need a yummy salad for your dressing.. this is one of my favourites…
The VHC Spinach Salad:
Black Kale (sliced then)
1) Use as much of each ingredient as you like. Put them into a large bowl and toss ‘em up.
2) Drizzle some Blueberry-Grapefruit Vinaigrette over top or your favourite dressing
Raw foods are something you should be eating daily for optimum health benefits… and salads are a fun, easy, yummy way of doing that. So I hope you enjoy this salad as much as I do. Try it out, switch it up and please share your comments below.
