I love to go hiking and I go out into nature pretty often.. at least once a week. I always bring water and a snack.. that’s why I created these nutrient-dense energy bars. They’re great to throw in the kids lunches too. When I make a batch I think of it as baking cookies just like mom used to do, except these are probably healthier and NO BAKING REQUIRED. They keep for a week or two.. Just stack them between wax or parchment paper and place in an airtight container or wrap them individually and they are ready to go! Let’s get started.
