These yummy tarts have all the amazing creamy flavour of a traditional key lime pie but this is a much healthier version! No processed sugar added and the kids will love them. Plus you can eat these and feel comfortable lounging on the beach in that new bikini you just bought. I love the creaminess that macadamia nuts have when blended.. it truly is just like cream cheese! These tarts are even allowed for breakfast.. it doesn’t get any better than that! Who said vegan eating was boring and yucky? WRONG!!
