Sandwiches are a favourite of mine for lunches. My mom used to make cucumber sandwiches my dad peanut butter, and I just loved both. This is a modern twist on the more traditional baked bread sandwich. Raw breads are living food made with nutrient dense sprouted grains and fresh ingredients. They taste amazingly good and they last longer too.
I've also switched up the fillings here EB = eggplant bacon L = lettuce and sprouts T = tomatoes add a dollop of cashew mayo and mustard and you're in heaven! This bread is great with other fillings like tuna-less salad, mock egg salad or chickpea chick'n salad. Let's get to the recipes.
