My mind and tastebuds are buzzing from this tasty new Vegan Nacho Cheeze Sauce I whipped up in the VHC kitchen today. Nacho’s anyone? I’m really excited because its an easy recipe as well as a versatile one… think about it… the possibilities are endless! You could use this sauce for obviously a huge platter of nachos loaded up with great veggies… or drizzled in a soft shelled burrito or taco… as a coating for kale chips.. a chip dip.. as a salad dressing.. lots of yummy ideas! Best part.. it’s healthy!
It will turn that brilliant orange colour that regular Nacho Cheese Sauce has because of the paprika and nutritional yeast. Add a bit more water if it’s too thick and not blending properly… as it chills in the fridge it will thicken up too, just remember to keep it covered. This is one delish snack food.. a few more of these on hand and you will never feel like you’re being deprived eating vegan :-) Try it, I hope you like it. Post your comments below.
