This yummy yogurt is packed full of vitamin C, protein and flavour.. best part it’s non-dairy and no added sugar. Great for breakfast and your kids are gonna love it too. Add some fresh dehydrated granola to put this yogurt over-the-top!
Switch it up! Here I’ve swirled in some fresh puréed strawberries but this would work with lots of other fruits.. pineapple, blueberries, raspberries or mangos… yum!!
Strawberry-Swirl Dairy-Free YOGURT:
2 c. strawberries
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. camu camu powder (optional)
2 Tbsp. hemp hearts (optional)
1 c. almond milk (more if too thick)
*1/2 c. strawberry purée
Purée in your blender or food processor fresh strawberries
1) Add all ingredients into your high speed blender or food processor and blend until creamy smooth.
2) Spoon a good amount into a bowl
3) Swirl in the fruit purée then devour immediately!!
Like I said this is great on it’s own but would be delicious with dehydrated granola. Layer up granola and this yogurt to make a very lovely parfait.. YUM!!
