I love fried rice.. but not the greasy, bloated, queazy feeling I get after eating it… or the 10 pounds I put on when I eat it. This dish is lighter than tradition fried rice and much easier to digest. I do however guarantee you will feel satisfied and not hungry an hour later. This rice is the solution to the problem. Nice with some Goji Berry/Lemon Tea too…
This is by far one of my fave dishes.. comfort-food-extraordinaire!! A great dish after a long day at work or your next dinner party. The kids will gobble this one up too. Stores well in a covered container in the fridge for a few days.. just warm in up for a minute on your stovetop. It’s good cold as leftovers for lunch also. Please try it..
